Stinking service and still not helped but I'm payi

My geyser burst on Saturday, I made a call around 23:00 and spoke to Moeketsi and told me that I'm going to pay an access of R1 500 because I was claiming for three things. Who promised that I will be helped on Sunday. After waiting the whole day no one came, not even a call.

I then phoned in on Monday and I spoke to Sibongile Khambule, who told me that she will be sending the plumbers to my place. The plumbers came in on and told my husband that they are not going to fix it as its still under guaranty. I phoned in and I spoke to Bongani who then told me that I'm not going to pay the access money because its still under guaranty. And asked me to call the plumbers to call some company because there is plastic pipes instead of steel pipes. Which I know nothing about.
Was busy phoning in and out and and I spoke to this rude woman Francis Olkers who is not supposed to be taking calls because of her attitude. My geyser was still not fixed. Even on Tuesday the same happened.
Today Wed I spoke to Prenavin who said I must phone the supplier and gave me the wrong info, had to phone back in and spoke to another lady who was quick to give her TM the line. My geyser is
