Good Day. Mtn says I owe them R4000 for making calls with my Data bundle sim card which i dont use for calls. Privesh (Legal & ) was there one who handled the case... he told me MTN spoke to a guy and he told that he was my business partner and I gave him authority to use the sim, my sim is at home, how the did he get hold of it? When I requested for detailed report he promised his manager will call me this was on the 22/03/2013 and I will be getting that report. He spoke to as if the problem was sorted. Call again 25/04/2013 he then again promised someone will get back to me as they were busy in a meeting... did not receive any call. When I spoke to him again today he tells me I'm liable for the charges and my account was sent to Credit Control dep and they will send me all the details I need. I call the dep they sent from pillar to post again spoke to all the below people. They are tell me I have to send other affidavit with all the details again and they will escalate it... Nhlanhla advised I open another case, I can't do this anymore... they must give the details of the guy that they spoke to so I sue them nje. spoke to Peter Bopape 8461 Vuyo Mabinca. Pl
