Discovery Card - absolutely useless :-(

I have a new Discovery Credit Card (Silver)

I have made numerous calls to your call centre to resolve an issue that occurred since 12th January 2013. The card pin became invalid and any attempts to reset the pin with the Discovery Card Division have FAILED!!!
To date I have not received any helpful assistance and the problem is not resolved. I have also received promises to call me back by Rudolf and Romeo (managers). I have not received a single call back.

I have incurred several expenditure as a result of the card not. I have made numerous calls to the call centre (mobile and Telkom), I also was instructed to drive to the FNB atm on several occasions and worst of all had to borrow money from people to pay the bills.
