New phone was delivered and after charging the phone's battery will only keep its charge for approx 30 min.
Phoned Cell C 21/10/2013, spoke to Zikile with Ref OBF101729 arranged for the pickup of the faulty phone.
Nothing.
28/10/2013 spoke to Curtly 1310280000015540 arrange pickup, nothing.
31/10/2013 spoke to Reboane SN 1310310000051959 arange pickup, nothing.
04/11/2013 spoke to Bongani arrange pickup, nothing.
06/11/2013 spoke to Nomonde 1311050000067800 arrange pickup, nothing.
12/11/2013 spoke to Mollet and Martha 1311110000032312 arrange pickup, nothing.
14/11/2013 spoke to Zikile, yes full circle i think i've no spoken to the whole call centre, hoping for the best but fearing the worst.
