I was due for an upgrade so decided to make life easy and order my Samsung SIII online. Get it delivered to my doorstep. I phoned to order the Samsung - With immediate effect my Blackberry, which I was using at the time, was "switched off" no more BBM no more Internet no more WhatsApp no more work emails. My new phone was delivered 3 days later - YaY!!.. so now all I have to wait for is the sim swop and I can use my new phone. I have now waited 5 days, and still nothing!! My new Samsung is lying at home and I am still using my little Blackberry with no BBM no Internet no WhatsApp no emails. I have phoned Cell C numerous times this week - the one person says it takes 24 hours the next one says it takes 48 hours - yesterday I was told it takes 3 - 6 days for a sim swop "case".
