SIM SWOP Not Done!

I have recently lost my new phone which I had a a Sim Swop done on on the 5th July. The replacement phone also got on the 28th, which I reported top the police and had it blacklisted with MTN.
When I phoned MTN, was reminded of security checks I'd to pass (which I understood) yet, at one of my attempts on that day 30 July 13, I was expected to remember clearly how much aitrime I put into my phone on the day of 5th of July (even though I explained I do random airtime loadings). Later that day I phoned up again (4 or 5th time) to try and get the sim swop done and was eventually promised by one lady the sim swop would be done & a request hasd been forwarded to a supervisor, this was the 2nd promise of such. The next morning I phone to check and was told the request was never put forward. Again, I kindly re-requested. The request was again forwarded to a supervisor and my sim swop would be done after 6 hours. Many hours later I checked, still nothing. This is a cell number linked to my ever bank transaction and have now been unable to make my necessary month-end transactions without my sms OTP from my bank.
Please help!
