Consistent shocking service from this branch

I have had ongoing battles with Autopage Cellular Canal Walk for the last year and a half, but the most recent incident is the cherry on top. It took 6 MONTHS earlier in the year for them to change my home address on their system. Every time i received a bill, the address was incorrect. I would phone- speak to someone different every time. They would insist all the necessary corrections were made on the system (all the initial change of address paperwork had disappeared), and then the entire story would start all over again.

My blackberry was taken in as it was broken. I was told to rather claim from insurance as it most likely couldn't be fixed. I was told my new phone would be there in 2 weeks. Now, more than 4 weeks later, I have spoken to 3 different people who all swear profusely to help me out. Every time I phone there is a different story. 2 weeks ago the new phone was in Jo'burg and would be in CT 2 days later. This did not happen and the consultant did not call me back as she said she would. Now there is no stock. The guy who was "helped" me on Sat promised to phone me this morning, I call at 6pm this eve to hear he's on training till Thurs. This is beyond ridiculous.
