This is the most frustrating service ever. This is my third complaint on Hello Peter and still no joy. My phone was given to Frank the technician for the second time on the 5th of November. No progress, no phone and no clue as to what is happening. Sipho gave me his cell phone number after I told him that his service was disgraceful. On both attempts to call his number he cuts the call after saying hello. Please can they just cancel my contract or give me a phone. 2 months now without a phone, they passed a credit for 1 month. Why advertise for more clients when you cannot service the ones you have.
