Dear Cell C, after 6 years with Vodacom I decided cancel my contract and try Cell C. I went today to the Cell C Store in Tyger Valley where I experienced a excellent service. After the first declined credit check, I think it's called ITC (by the way it is pathetic) I still thought that is not a problem I just can by a new device. But... my request just to sign a straight up 100 contract was declined too. I don't understand why bother asking for pay sheets and bank statements. My yearly cellular services account is R10000.00-15000.00, my yearly income is about R1m. My example proofs your credit check system fails. 1 customer down, well done Cell C
