I bought a knew phone from the Vodacom shop on the Bluff and was told that I needed to use a Vodacom sim in it or I'll lose the warrantee on my phone so I asked to port my MTN number onto a Vodacom sim. It's been 3 weeks going onto 4 weeks now and the ported sim still is not working. I went back to the branch to bring the problem to their attention and witnessed a gentleman with the same complaint as mine. I've called the branch when I returned home and complained about the sim card still not working and they were no help and put me through to customer care who advised I to back to the store on the bluff. I am a 1st time Vodacom client and so far I'm really not enjoying the network's service
