I upgraded my cellphone by Vodacom Direct. In the 1st place i got the phone in black and i wanted it in red. When my bill came at the end of the month it wasnt what i agreed on with them. There was an additional cost of R59 for Handset fee. When i called them they said they would go listen to the tapes its been almonts 4months now and no feedback. Yesterday i called again no response. Im thinking im not gonna pay them anymore if they dont sort this out. I dont think i would have upgraded if they told me about the xtra handset fee
