I went there to query about my line and the manager was there in his office doing nothing or busy on the line. The poor consultant took her time to assist but that one needs him. Change the manager or we as the clients we will write email to head office as this is the service that we are getting. Why can't he come out and assist us as other branches do and I'm still waiting for him to come back to me not to send the agents to call me he can't do his job so he needs to be removed to that store we can't complain to one person everytime. This since then I will not recommend people to go there because everytime he refers us to line. We need those guys that assist us with polite manner not him.
