Cell C is losing it!

I handed my blackberry 9320 into Cell C Gateway after 8 months into the contract as the handset kept shutting down, freezing and dropping calls. The phone was handed in early September. After 21 working days the phone was returned with only a software update being done. Within two weeks the same problems persisted. I contacted the customer service centre several times requesting assistance and was told I would be contacted once again. Finally I decided that the only option was for the contract to be cancelled. I was put through to the Retentions department and was advised that they understood that they were at fault but in order to cancel the contract without penalty, they would need to send someone to meet me to verify that the handset was problematic. It is now 1 month later and I still have not had any joy. I called the manager I spoke to in retentions for an update and she advised someone would contact me shortly. I got a voicemail a few days later stating I should call the customer service department. When I called I was advised that I had to speak to the person handling the case and they would call back in an hour. 8 hours later, there has been no further call.
