Its bean how long now still no response

Till todate i havent been assisted internet is still slow not near a 1 meg line telkom just not worried sends me a bill of R990 witch i refuse to pay they should sort my line out first TELOKM IS DONT CARE CANT BE TRUSTED STILL RUNING ON MAX 30 KB WITH A ONE MEG LINE
