HERE WE GO AGAIN

YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT OF TELKOM

i went into the telkom walk in center in Wonderpark and wanted to purchase a adsl router the lady that assisted me explained to me that telkom had a promotional package and it seemed good i signed the contract and the first problem i had was she did not give me the 3G dongle as it was out of stock second two days later i noticed my internet was extremely slow i called telkom and they said i was downgraded due to the contract i signed i was not aware my line would be downgraded (as my isp is webafrica so why would i want my line downgraded as i am paying webafrica for 4mb data) and telkom downgraded me to 2mb line.3rd i got my bill and i am being charged so much and i must pay double this double that i wasn't aware of all this bull i refuse to pay all the double as well as the double upgrade for my line as i was not aware it would be downgraded in the first place
