Since December 2013 we have repeatedly reported our business line as slow. Telkom showed up once, about a week ago, but the chap said he could not find the error. Our line is so bad that we cannot even use the phone line, it cuts the call after a minute or so, if you are lucky enough to last that long. The internet is dial up speed, if that, and it is supposed to be a 4MB line, it is ridiculous how slow it is, on [URL Removed] it tests at it's best 0.50MB that is not at all what we are paying for.
