Incorrect billing and poor service delivery

I was billed for data roaming R2967.46 of which is incorrect according to my Itemised Billing (Invoice number E586673326) which reflects all zero amounts for any international data roaming and I should have been billed R521.26 instead. I then proceeded to the MTN Woodmead branch @ 9am after seeing my ridiculous bill to lay a complaint and I was rudely dealt with at that particular store by consultant Sumaya who did basically nothing to help me and also immediately told me to phone 808. I then phoned 808 but I was told it would take 7 working days to resolve the issue. I then waited a few days but got no feedback what so ever from MTN. I called in after 7 working days just to get told that it would take 14 working days to resolve. It has now gone to 16 working days yet no feedback from the billing department and I had to phone in again today and the consultant had to email the billing department to resolve the issue which for me is unacceptable. MTN has incompetent people working within that department. I reiterate that this is a very huge inconvenience to me and is really frustrating to chase behind MTN just to get proper service delivery from them!!!
