I went into my local MTN branch (Hemingwasy) to get one of my data sim cards cancelled and give notice on the other one. Due to them being data packages, I did not know the "cellphone number" attached to these simcards in my ipad or computer modem (flash stick)..

The lady in the shop wrote down which number was which and we proceded to cancel the one and put notice on the other one. When it was all cancelled and done 2 working days later THE WRONG ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. Now I have a useless iPad and a perfectly working modem for no computer as my computer is in storage before we immigrate!

I have now phoned the call center (808) over 30 times in an effort to get this sorted out! This is so frustrating!

My current phone call is in its 48th minute! This is where the current call stands! I go throught the call center to be put though to retentions and cancellations. After explaining my whole story again (What is a reference number for???) and now they have put me through to customer service. Guess what customer services is doing now? Trying to put me through to cancellations and retentions again.!!!
