On My Name

I Worked for over a year to build up a good credit record, now when I went to applied for credit I was told that Telkom put me on ITC for a telephone account, I never requested any accounts from Telkom. The worst is I live in Johannesburg and the account was opened in Cape Town, the line everything is Cape Town. When I phoned Telkom they said they will need to investigate... Really in need to get my name cleared
