I purchased a Cell C "All in Voucher" off the FNB website. The voucher costs R89 and says that it includes 200 mins airtime, 200 mb data and 200 sms'. I bought this product through the FNB website expecting exactly that; however, the airtime and sms' are only Cell C to Cell C. This is not made clear to the buyer, when purchasing through the FNB website. I complained to FNB, but I was told that it has nothing to do with FNB and it is between me and Cell C. I phoned various people at Cell C, and I was told that the information is available. I eventually worked out that the information is available on the Cell C website but not on the FNB website. I requested a refund because the product is of little use to me and I was mislead. Cell C and FNB were unwilling to work together to help me and simply tried to push my issue aside. I have had no resolution.
As far as I am concerned the product advertised through the FNB website is deliberately misleading and should be advertised correctly.
