I bought airtime yesterday at pep cell then loaded the airtime while the service was down up until now it still didn work. then contacted the customer care spoke to john he dropped the phone then i spoke to lee-anne gave all info she asked phone number and the voucher number, she then wanted a serial number which i never had i told her i went to the shop for a reprint and they couldn give it to me, iv been with mtn so long and its the 1st time i have a problem and now they cant assist me.
