I dont understand this process!!! Ive been paying insurance for my phone and unfortunately dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I however had a different sim card in as I have been working abroad and only have been back a month. The insurance company have rejected the claim because there was a different sim card in the phone. I didnt insure the sim card I insured the phone which can be checked via the IEMI number I dont know what the issue is. Clearly I have been paying for nothing!!! Vodacom are a bunch of!!! I have never had any other issues with other mobile operators. I am highly disgusted with this
