Looking at the amount of complaints against this company I'm in for a rough ride!! Their insurance policy is a. They do not tell you when you take out a contract with them that you actually have to use the same sim card as the contract with the phone in order to qualify for their insurance to pay out if something happens to the DEVICE - not the sim card. I upgraded my contract and gave the phone to my daughter because my Iphone was still working fine. I told them I'm doing it and they even gave me a micro pre-paid sim for it. Then asked me if you would like to insure. I never take their insurance but figured that this is a teenager getting the phone... So she accidentally dropped it - and now the insurance refuse to pay because I did not use my sim in the phone - now you need to ask yourself how my sim would have prevented the fall!!! If I insured this with my personal insurance they would not have cared - so why on earth should this be an issue!!!???
