Bought a 3 gig 8ta hilink dongle, problem connecting to server, spent half an hour with technician on my phone and told to take it to walker driv telkom shop to have it checked and if faulty exchanged, They were unable or not willing to check it, their excuse was that they do not have the facilities to check it, I needed to see if the problem was with windows xp, so they said I should take it to a friend who has xp. Excuse me but are they going to exchange it when I return to them and tell them it is faulty? Very confused and so are they! Thanks Jeanette
