Faulty internet dongle cannot be replaced after recommendations from the technician that it can not connect to the internet. This has been a drag for 2 weeks without getting any meaningful help from the store assistant Akhona, who said the dongle cannot be replaced regardless of him having noticed that it was faulty as I had purchased 3 gigs of data. Eventually I got the manager's number Cindy, who promised to rectify the problem immediately and has since not got back to me. All this has happend at Telkom Clearwater. 8ta querry number 4115706
