I purchased a Telkom Uncapped package with free Router, Line installation, 3G Dongle. A technician came out being very rude, he didn't wanted to place the router were we wanted he said were he places it that's it we can move it afterwards. Asked were my 3G dongle is he said he knows nothing about that I must go to store. Went to 3 separate stores the 1st 2 said the technician should have given it I must call the online-shop and complain, the 3rd said they can give me a 3G dongle but I must have papers for rica (now really who carries papers like that with them). Now I purchased a phone from 3rd party connected it only to find out I can receive calls but can't make calls out only to Telkom help-desk that doesn't answer. I will not pay a cent until I have the full advertised package (that includes 3G dongle) and will not drive 1 meter to a shop since I have gone to 3 shops already. Telkom really needs to brush up on customer service...
