Faulty internet dongle

I bought an internet dongle from Vodacom a month ago. When I tried to view the amount of data left, it still reflected 200mb everytime I checked, despite recharching it with 1gig. When I recharged again and complained, the shop made a case and the problem was resolved. However, when I recharged again, I am still being shown 200mb when I check the balance. This is very frustrating, as I am never sure how much data I am using. I am very frustrated and due to the nature of my business, I cannot go into a store everytime.
