Your service IS revolting! You do not provide the service that is promised. The past 3-4 months our download speed of 5mbps went straight down to .02mbps. How is that? We called a technician out to our house to test where the best signal was. He gets here and he pulls out a PHONE, walks to the window a& wow full signal, the guy tells us we can go buy a signal booster, We bought it for R800. We get home install it & it does nothing. Now we sitting with a modem that doesn't work & a signal booster that made the lil bit of signal it had go for a ball of. We've been phoning 8ta customer service for the past 2 hours. Not 1 of the agents answering know what the they are talking about, Makes me wonder if any of you actually do know what's going on in your own company. Anyway this 1 customer service agent actually went so far as to swear me & tell me off. I have 3 8ta contracts and yes i will be cancelling all 3 You guys are pathetic, incompetent, rude and unhelpful in every way thinkable. This is not the last that you will hear from me...
