Bad Signal Coverage

Hi Cell C,

I currently have two contracts with you and have been struggling with call drops and bad cell signal reception.
Please send a technician to investigate and possibly help out with an signal booster. The signal out side my house is fine however on the inside its not functioning. I basically have to stand next to a window to make and receive calls.

Please help.
