On the 13th November I called 08217844 to open a contract, after being told wat deals I qualify for (Apple iPhone 5) and then told contract was completed, I called on Friday to which a very helpful consultant informed me that the phone is no longer being produced. My problem is why they make me open a contract for a non-existing phone, and why not call to inform me about the mistake. I have waited for this phone and have even sold my blackberry because of a promise that ill get the phone today Friday 15th. Now I have no phone and feel stupid.
