Incorrect iPhone Delivered and Incorrect Contract

On the 1st of March I ordered an iPhone 5 Black 32GB on the Straight Up Talk 400 Contract and I accepted the Device (32GB), pricing and terms and conditions.

On the 12th of March the phone was delivered to my offices. On opening the box I had found that a 16GB device was delivered to me

I phoned the callcentre on the 13th of March and spoke to guy of Warren. He had informed me that someone will arrange on Friday the 15th March to pick up the device and that I should contact the call centre on Friday to confirm the pick up time.

I phone the call centre on the 15th of March only for a lady to tell me that I am signed up for a 16GB device on a straight up 400 at R649.00??? / Where did I ever agree to that??? I want you to listen to my order call. This does not even make sense.

Also that the pick up delivery could take up to 21 days to happen. What the am I going to do with no phone and no contract. And above that I need to be scored to get the 32GB to see if I qualify?? I just signed up for that contract on the 1 March, why will I need to qualify again???

I am regretting signing another contract with CellC and there terrible service. I want this matter resolved immediately
