On the 14th October I bought a cellphone on contact at Wonderpark, when I received the package the seal was broken, box not covered with a plastic and it was a bit squashed, the face of the phone had no plastic also, I questioned the lady and she said it was squashed in a box and she apologised, in less than a month the phone stopped working, I tried to report no one seem to care, even when I called the customer service I didn't get help I was told to wait for it to be fixed, now I've lost interest on it and thinking of cancelling the contract as well because I can't continue with a scrap phone, I even asked for CEO office contacts no one could help me even on their facebook site, I don't remember the consultant name who helped me on the day of upgrade, the number in question is 0795147473, but the person who helped me when I brought it for repairs was Katlego, please help me urgently, I didn't even receive any document on the day of upgrading.
