Phone not fixed and no direction

25 October I had my phone booked in because my buttons are haywire. I was assisted by Zintle Khumalo (not sure about the last name). I had to ask for the courtesy phone because she didn't offer it to me. she told me they were out of phones.

31 October I went to collect it, again I was assisted by her. She told me my phone is liquid damaged. I asked what that meant she left me. she came back after a few minutes later with my phone. She was on the computer, I asked what that meant, she answered her cell phone then went to hand the phone to someone else then came back and said I must take my phone to BB as Vodacom can not fix it.

I asked where is BB she didn't know. I just called12586322273 they say Vodacom MUST sent it to BB. Now tell me since both Zintle and I don't know where it is what must I do with this phone? she didn't even try and ask from people where I can find it so I can do her job her, since she clearly doesn't want to.

This phone is not even a year old and I can not continue using it, worse part its a contract phone so must I pay for a phone that I am not going to be using?
