UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Last month I called to see if I could add a data bundle to my dongle and the lady said to me no I couldnt.

I then went into the Northgate Branch last week friday to do my upgrade where I was helped by a consultant Andrew who was the most helpful person i have ever meet in one of our branches, he explained to me how my package would work on the Iphone 5 and which package would benefit me the most.

I left your Northgate Voda Store thinking that the service is really good. Andrew reall made my day.

To my surprise i was wrong about all the Vodacom Stores, I wasnt sure if I was doing things right and so i went up to your Vodcom Store in Greenstone Mall where I was VERY UNHAPPY!

They opened there doors at 9:15 where i had to wait!

I walked in and WASNT even greeted!

The consultant who "helped" me was so rude i couldve hit him!

He sat there saying i don know what you want me to do but i dont know how to oporate this phone! My question is if you selling the phone shouldnt the people get trained on how to use the phone! He then suggested i take my bussiness somewhere else like the Istore in Eastgate and the Vodacom Store in Eastgate!

I have lots but no more space!
