Very bad service

I complained about a damaged phone that was sold to me by Vodacom Wonderpark here on this site, a person by name of Faiek Mohammed phoned me, he listened to my story and He advised me to go and see the manager at Wonderpark, and I did, I went there but unfortunately the manager was not interested to come out of the office and speak to me, she/he told the consultant to tell me that I must take my phone and leave, and bring it back when its not working again, then I left but leaving the phone with them, and I won't be taking it back as I don't need it anymore, I'm just disgusted of the attitude that was given to me by a manager, who wakes up daily to work knowing very well that s/he knows that s/he has to face customers, with different problems, but seemingly s/he is not interested on doing that, I'm wondering how can the consultants give the best service if the manager can't.
