I applied for a Telkom adsl service about 2 weeks ago, when they delivered they did not connect it to the computer. I later followed up with them that 1) they had made the connection in the wrong room and 2 I needed assistance to connect it since when I did it by myself it didn't seem to work. They promised to send through someone and up to date no one has pitched. I later on called the call centre for assistance and they promised to call me back to which they haven't up to date. Kindly assist because now I will be billed for a full service when yet I never used my internet service. The call centre number keeps going busy for 15- 30 minutes without talking to a consultant.
I want this rectified or they take their line back and I will not pay a dime!
