Your service is unreliable in the extreme
When calling in, the call center is invariably "experiencing an unexpectedly high... " call volume. To such an extent that your agent is unable to complete a discussion up to 3 days later after logging a call (12 Nov to 15 Nov)
The connection drops. And drops. And drops .. I don't know how many times per day... over the course of days. After a disconnect it can take easily 10 or more minutes to connect again. Each time. And then there's the days the the connection is down for hours.
Every month you happily charge me for 4 MBS line and managing my line - Proof of the speed actually provided by Afrihost - [URL Removed]
This is not the first, or 2nd or 3rd time I have reported this. And this is not a Telkom issue or a local equipment issue either
I am not interested in any further excuses you have to offer.
Consider this notice to cancel my ADSL contract.
