I handed in my Nokia Lumia cellphone (just over month old) for repairs on 21 Oct 2013 with the undertaking that it will be fixed within 10-14 days. I received NO communication during or after that time about the progress. When I phoned to request an update (about 5 times) the only response I received was that they are waiting for parts but it will be available soon. The response I received this morning was it was on the list to be repaired with no indication about when this would happen. This really UNACCEPTABLE and the only deduction I can make is that they can't repair the phone but don't want to replace it with a new one. The loan phone I received is old and not up to standard. Can you help me with this frustrating situation?
