I handed my Nokia Lumia 820 in for repairs on the 12 Sep, having asked first for an estimate quote on the repairs. I never received a call or any feedback from my request. Upon my enquiry as to what the situation was I was informed of the repairs not taking place. On the 27 Sep I requested a second attempt for repairs. On the 7 Oct I was called to collect my phone. The reason this time was "rejected cost". I am at my wits end as to the frustration for what would appear to be a simple request which is a quote on the repairs and if it is within my budget, to repair my phone. I do not understand how this has taken almost a month to be accomplished. Please can someone assist me?
