CALL CENTRES - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

I have had an ongoing problem with my outgoing emails. I have called 082155 everyday since Wednesday last week. I have been given no assistance to rectify the problem. Every time the problem is ESCALATED to the technical dept I have specifically requested that a note is made that I am only in front of my PC after 4.30. This is now the second time I have been called before that time and have now been told that there is no-one in that dept after hours??? The supposed answer to my problem has been given to me now 3 times and every time I have told them that it does not work as I have tried it more than once.
What am I supposed to do to get this fixed? I am trying to run a business from that computer and have not been able to send an email since last week Tuesday.
I unfortunately live in a rural area and do not have the luxury of other service providers to choose from.
Is it too much to ask to get someone that can assist me with the problem when I have asked for it?
I have gotten names of the people that I have spoken to at the Call Centres and even this does not help as they mysteriously disappear when I call in again.
