I am so angry I'm almost beyond words@&$$#% my Internet and phone were operating I was just having issues with my ADSL line speed so we reported it on Thursday evening and on Fri at 11 am I'm on the phone to the bank the line crackles and then goes dead. It's been like that since then, it's now Mon morning. I call to check on repair and am told that the lines are restored. I respond they are not. The lady then argues with me and says I can see that you are logged on currently you are with mweb. I state firstly my line is with telkom and my data is through @lantic at which point she says to me no you are with mweb and you are definitely online. $&%###
I say my telephone is saying check line so there's still no service and my modem shows no connection to the Internet so it's definitely out of service. She says I will have to report it over again and we will have to test it again and if its faulty give it back to a technician $&&%%%
So from reporting a slow line speed on Thursday my gift has been absolutely no service since. HOW AWESOME to top matters I am still attempting to get a full refund for the last period my line was down.
