DSL fault report

My DSL line has been down since Saturday. 26 October 2013 which often happens during a storm.By Monday, 29 October 2013, the line had not been fixed. Reported the fault to Telkom on 10210 for DSL fault reporting. Call was logged and sms received to that effect. Tuesday, 30 October, received sms to confirm the fault was in hand of a technician and would be fixed asap.
Wednesday PM, 31 October, after my follow up, was advised that the line had been restored, but not so. So up till this morning 05 November, 9 days later, twice daily calls to the call centre I have had no luck. Operators have been helpful, but same answer given every time.
The fault was queued, then escalated, then reported for direct attention of a technician, all the while with the same reference number. Yesterday PM, an sms advised that the fault had been restored, to no avail. - last night was promised a new escalated reference number - not received. This morning, was told the fault was in the area, Technicians were working on it. "Sorry there's nothing we can do please be patient"
As a Tour Operator my business is internet dependent, a 48-hr turnaround time for quotes, crucial, time is money, patience? No more!
