Telkom is less the useless

Hi

I been trying to contact Telkom to get a line installed. But all the numbers i phone doesn't work. Ive tried 1023 - i hold and then get disconnected. I tried complaints, customer service and general inquiries. This is beyond pathetic.

How am i suppose to get service from a company that doesn't even answer a phone.
