I bought a rather expensive Nokia for my wife in August. Two weeks later one of the buttons fell out. Not being able to drive to George everyday we had to wait a couple of weeks before we had the chance to go back to the shop. they told us they will send it for repairs. got and sms saying we had to pay for repairs. My wife went to pick-up the phone today. Not fixed and she had to pay an ASSESTMENT FEE!! They can see the phone is broken!! They say the phone was broken due to PHYSICAL ABUSE! One button, the main button broken from abuse?? Please I've had phones before and buttons doesn't just fall out after two weeks. And if it was abuse the phone would have look in a terrible state and it is still brand new.
