Still Waiting for a Response

I got an email on Friday afternoon that I had just purchased a device from Nashua Mobile at a look and listen branch at Clearwater mall. Mind you, I have never been to the mall where the device was purchased as I was at the office at the time the device as collected and purchased. I called the customer service line immediately, and the lady I spoke told me what documentation I had to submit and where. I gathered the documentation and when to Nashua Mobile Fourways Mall, I always get GREAT SERVICE from there. When I got there the gentleman told me he cannot take the documents but let me use the facilities to contact the risk and department who said they would get back to me today because they couldn't help me because it was already 16:30 on a Friday afternoon. The lady I spoke to said I should send the documents and they would follow up today. I followed up on Monday morning, the gentleman who assisted me and said he would forward the query again to their Risk and department. I am still waiting for feedback, this might not be the most important thing on their to do list, but this is very important to me as I did not make the purchase. No one has called me back since
