I recently bought a Nokia Lumia a couple of months back, after just a few weeks the lock/switch off/switch on button was no longer working. I took it back for repairs because it is under warranty and it stayed there for two weeks, they never gave me a courtesy phone and they never called me to notify me that my phone is back. When i went to check up on it, they gave it to me and it seemed working. but after a two days the button is no longer working again and not just that button but including the volume down button. now i have to take it back to them again, this is very inconvenient. the phone does not seem to be in a working state, i would prefer them to give me a new one or a voucher to take another phone of my choice.
