Poor Service and Breach of Contract

A large debit order going off my back acc brought this to my attention. My internet was supposed to be capped at 2gigs - this is what I requested at the time of the contract being taken out. Due to a problem with the internet- they also blocked my son's cell. This was unblocked but for a short period only. I completed a form requesting web site details for the internet usage and a week later am still waiting. This started on 04.01.2013 and to date am still struggling. They constantly move the goal post. An email was sent to a manageress on 16.01.2013 - still no reply (18.01.2013). The service is shocking. The breach of contract is that they have linked my son's cellphone contract and internet to one account number so due to a problem with the internet - they block my son's contract! The two contracts were taken out separately and they should therefore be treated as individual contracts. I am just tired of being treated as just another number - I am quite prepared to take legal action to have this matter finalised. Once finalised and contracts reach their expiry - Vodacom will never see me as a client again.
