Absa's Internet Banking is not safe!!!

I have had almost R43, 000 from my account via the Internet. The funds were transferred from my credit card account into a personal loan and to my cheque account from which various "beneficiaries" not created by me, were paid. This happened whilst my internet account was suspended due to the risk that someone was trying to access my account. Beneficiaries were set up and funds paid without my authorisation and without my password or pin or RVN or TVN numbers which are necessary. How is this possible unless the system is being bi passed internally, very scary. Even more scary on approaching the department at ABSA I was told that ABSA do not take responsibility for cases like this and that they will not reimburse me for the money. ABSA you are liable, we pay you and trust you to secure our money. I will take this wherever I have to in order to get compensation and will make it my mission to publicise ABSA's lack of internet security. I am busy doing my research and it's astonishing how many similar cases I've come across.
