You have cut my cellphone today at 08:00 for no apparent reason. Nothing works except 808 and receiving calls.
The account is NOT in arrears since it is paid by debit order and I have checked the bank statement to confirm you have your money.
I cannot get through to a consultant to speak to on 808 I cannot sit the whole day listening to silence and the occasional announcement without never having a chance to speak to anyone.
I wish to cancel this contract immediately on the basis of poor service and I want to port my number back to Vodacom prepaid.
