THE INCOMPATIENCE OF THE PEOPLE WORKING AT MTN

I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR THE LAST 30 MONTHS FOR MY CELLPHONE AND PAST 21 MONTHS FOR MY MTN SP VIA DEBIT ORDER & MY ACCOUNT WAS ALWAYS DEBITED ON THE 20TH OF EVERY MONTH WITHOUT BEING IN ARREARS, MTN DECIDED WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO ONLY CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDER FOR MY MTN SP WHICH I PAY THE LEAST AMOUNT EVERY MONTH & CHOOSE TO KEEP MY CELLPHONE BILL STILL ON DEBIT ORDER OF WHICH I WAS PAYING R621 MONTHLY.AS THE MANDATE STATES THAT THE ACCOUNTS ARE ONLY MOVED OVER TO A CASH BASIS AFTER TWO CONSECUTIVE OCCASIONS AND AS THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE, THEY DECIDED TO MOVE IT ANYWAY PUTTING MY ACCOUNT IN ARREARS.
"MTN Service Provider (Pty) Ltd may cancel the debit order should my bank details disallow a debit against
my account on two consecutive occasions because of insufficent funds or for any other reason."
THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, WITH NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROCEDURES THEY HAVE IN PLACE, SO BEFORE THEY GO AROUND TELLING US WHAT WE CAN AND CANNOT DO, I SUGGEST THEY READ THE FINER PRINTS THAT THEY HAVE (SEE ABOVE) BEFORE MESSING UP THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNTS THAT DO PAY THEIR BILLS EVERY MONTH.
